Terms of service

BNS is a self-serve marketplace for search-engine optimization services: backlinks, authority placements, network links, AI-answer-engine citations and related work. When you place an order you are buying a defined package of work, delivered as files to a private order you control.

These Terms govern your use of the site and every order you place. By ordering, you accept them.

We do not, and cannot, guarantee any particular ranking, position, traffic level or business outcome. Nobody honest can. Search engines control their own results and change them constantly.

What we guarantee is the work itself: we deliver the specific package you ordered, built for the target you gave us, and we report the placements back to you. Delivery estimates shown on each package are good-faith targets, not promises of a date.

Orders are paid in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana or Monero. Prices are shown in USD and settled in your chosen coin at checkout. Monero orders receive the discount shown at checkout.

Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. There are no card payments, no stored payment methods and no chargebacks. Any refund that applies under our Refund policy is issued manually as a new send.

Reputation and review-related work we offer is limited to legitimate activity: monitoring, genuine outreach, and suppression of demonstrably false material. We do not create fake reviews or fabricated testimonials, and you may not use BNS to do so.

You may not use BNS for anything unlawful, or to target content involving a private individual. We may refuse or cancel any order that, in our judgment, falls outside acceptable use.

Accounts are pseudonymous. A handle and passphrase are enough; an email is optional and used only for recovery. You are responsible for keeping your passphrase and any order passcode safe. An order passcode is the key to that order, and we cannot recover it for you.

Loyalty points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or withdrawn if an order is refunded or reversed.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for actions taken by search engines or third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you order. Material changes will be reflected in the date below.
