Refund policy

Crypto payments are final and cannot be reversed. That keeps every order anonymous and dispute-free. Where a refund is warranted we still make it right, manually, as a fresh send. Here is exactly when that happens.
When a refund applies
- ▸We fail to deliver the work described on the package you ordered.
- ▸We cancel your order ourselves before the work is delivered.
- ▸We deliver materially less than the tier you paid for. In that case the refund is proportional to the shortfall.
When it does not
- ▸The work was delivered as described but did not produce the ranking or traffic you hoped for. We never guarantee an outcome, only the work itself.
- ▸You changed your mind after fulfilment had already started. Link work is bought in bulk on your behalf and cannot be un-placed.
- ▸The order was canceled because it breached the Terms.
How to request one
Message us on your order thread with what went wrong, or via our contact form. We review every request within three business days and reply on the same thread. If we agree a refund is due, we will ask for a receiving address in the coin you paid with.
How it is paid
Approved refunds are sent on-chain in your original coin to the address you provide. Network fees for the send are deducted from the refunded amount. Any loyalty points earned on a refunded order are reversed with it.
